Alison Doody
Alison Doody is an Irish actor and model. Her birth date was 11th November, 1966. She made her film debut with a tiny part in Bond film A View to a Kill (1985) she was later cast to play Nazi-sympathising archaeologist Elsa Schneider, in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989). Siobhan Donavan played the role part of A Prayer for the Dying in 1987. Charlotte was in Taffin (in the year 1988) and Rebecca Flannery played Major League II. Approached by a photographer Doody took up modelling and subsequently a career in commercial modelling. Doody did not wear fashion, thongs and glamour when she was modeling. Doody was offered a tiny role as Jenny Flex for 1985's A View to a Kill after she was noticed by the casting director. Doody's name was included within John Willis Screen World Vol. 12 of the most promising new actors of 1986. 38. Doody, who was only 18 at the time she played the part of Doody in the movie A prayer for the dying (1987) with Mickey Rourke, is the youngest Bond girl who has a name to her. Another film from her early days had her in a minor role in the role of IRA Siobhan Doovan, a member of the IRA in A Prayer for the Dying (1987) that featured Mickey Rourke. Doody played Archibald Craven's wife Lilias In his dream in 1987's television adaptation The Secret Garden. The storyteller's episode Sapsorrow was her first leading part. Michael Caine portrayed her at a ceremony to receive an award. in 2004, Doody was in the film alongside Patrick Swayze alongside a TV version to King Solomon's Mines. Also Doody appeared as a character in Benjamin's Struggle (2005), an essay on the Holocaust. In 2010 Doody played a role on Danny Dyer's feature film The Rapture (2010). The Clinic, a medical drama that aired on RTE. The Asphyx was her 2011 remake. Her first two seasons on Beaver Falls, the E4 comedy Beaver Falls in 2011 as Pam Jefferson. She starred in We Still Kill the Old Way in 2014, a documentary. She was given the Almeria Tierra de Cinema award on 21 November 2018.
